Delete Your VeyoShorts Account

VeyoShorts is also displayed as VeyoShorts.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from inside the app. No separate website account is required.

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to the VeyoShorts account you want to delete.
2. Open the account or settings page.
3. Select Delete account or Account cancellation, review the notice and submit the request.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app or need urgent assistance, email wangding86520@gmail.com from the email associated with the account. Include your VeyoShorts user ID and write “Account deletion” in the subject. We may request limited information to verify account ownership.

What is deleted

After verification and completion, the account profile, login identifiers, viewing history, favorites and other data associated with the account are deleted or de-identified, subject to technical processing time.

What may be retained

We may retain limited payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute and legal compliance records for the period required by applicable law. Retained data is restricted to those purposes and is not used to restore the deleted account.

Subscriptions

Deleting an account does not always cancel a subscription managed by a payment provider. Cancel future renewal using the subscription instructions before deleting the account.
