Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the VeyoShorts short drama application and website, also displayed as VeyoShorts. The service is operated by MediaFusion Digital Marketing Co., Limited (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

2. Service and content

VeyoShorts provides licensed short-form video content and related features for personal, non-commercial use. Availability may differ by region, device and plan. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, circumvent access controls, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.

3. Paid services

The checkout screen shows the product, price, currency, duration and renewal terms before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled. See Subscription & Cancellation and the Refund Policy. Payment providers shown at checkout may process transaction information under their own terms.

4. Changes and availability

We may improve, update or discontinue features or content. Where required, we will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting a paid service.

5. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, unlawful conduct, material breach of these terms, abuse of other users or threats to the service. You may stop using the service and may request account deletion at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The application, site, branding, software and supplied content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

7. Liability and consumer rights

The service is provided with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you, the courts of Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms.
